Came in for a fix on my wedding dress as an emergency. Explained my situation and asked if I could pay extra to get it done asap. They said the soonest would be a week and a half. Got a call the day of pick up that they would need more time (aka hadn’t started on it), 3 days later I had to call them and show up at the shop to see what was going on. Tried to get her to take in a dress set and appointment at 9 in the morning. She flaked and then tried to set appointment for 3. We live an hour out of town. Another unprofessional person.
Silver Threads is absolutely AMAZING! The work Carla and her momma do is excellent I came to them a year ago to repair our comforter because the bottom of it had torn loose and it was an expensive comfortor. I was absolutely amazed when I picked up! She hand stitched the entire bottom of it! Their skill and craftsmanship is the best I've ever seen Blessings to an amazing mother daughter team🥰
