Classy building with great amenities , walking distance to pier and best restaurants in town .
Absolutely disloyal to the owners, rude, as they expect 100 compliance from owners but off no answers to those owners about anything supposed to be fixed, time fames etc. my Fab broke from its glue and they want me to pay forty dollars to replace, outrageous. After 50,000 in assessments and double HOAs they still try to grind out money from owners who have no access to pools, parking and even the rude office...If someone would like to buy my condo make me an offer 504
Great building and location !
Beautiful place few steps from the beach!
