This is by far the greatest health insurance I have ever encountered and I used to be a licensed agent for UHC Medicare and know and understand health insurance. Each representative has been so helpful and kind also knowledgeable. This has reduced stress and ultimately been a great experience. Case management has reached out to me and Michelle in housing is an absolute pleasure to work with thank you Michelle! I love this company’s actual approach to quality care. This has to be the worst Medicaid.. I have an issue with my prescriptions EVERY time I go to pick them up.. very frustrating and honestly I don’t feel safe. Im a type 1 diabetic. I need my insulin pods ready to go when I run out, and silver summit has always gave me issues. They will try anything to not pay for your prescriptions. Even insulin pods..STAY AWAY!!
They deserve a zero star. Worst insurance provider I’ve ever had. It’s going on two months and they still cannot do their job so I can fill my prescriptions.
This is the worst Medicaid insurance company in the world. They deny all prescriptions and all procedures.
