This was a fantastic experience.
Love, love , love this place and all its people. CrossFit is for everyone at any age with any issue. I was so intimidated at the thought of joining, but after the first class I felt like to totally belonged here. The coaches are encouraging, fun and are always watching and are available to show you how to adapt any movement to work for you. Additionally, this program is directly responsible for moving me out of osteoporosis to osteopenia. Best decision I’ve ever made for my health.
Very intense training sessions and above all the very helpful coaching. It’s rare to find a box where you actually get coached according to your needs. And I have seen a few of boxes all over the world. Therefore great job and keep up the good work💪🏻🏋️♀️🏋🏼♂️🏋🏼♂️. Greetings from Germany and hopefully our paths will cross some day again! 😌
Silver strike CrossFit is my favorite gym in carson! The staff is so friendly its hard to leave. My favorite coach is Heather.
Just joined the gym in December and I have to say everyone is so nice and the coaches are amazing.
