Francesco gave my girlfriend highlights and persistently tried to up-sell her with additional products and hair masks any chance available. Like an auto shop always saying there’s something more your car needs, he said her hair needs. My girlfriend eventually agreed to a “free hair mask / replacement for conditioner” and was charged an additional $40 at checkout. An additional $65 charge was attempted for a take-home mask which she never agreed to. She felt cheated out of her money. The highlights came out nice though.
I loved my hair cut and color, but kinda expensive
He was very helpful and guided me in what would best be needed for my hair. Never tried to upsale me in anything I was not wanting to buy. Very friendly and helpful.
