I have used AHS and John with silver strand 2x and every time he explains and takes care of the problem. I choose to upgrade my electric outlets even though he explained AHS didn't cove it .very honest and quick to take care of me each time .
John was on time, very professional, and is pet friendly.
John was professional and communicated well. He found a hard to find part and installed it in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

WARNING !! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS "COMPANY" Zero stars would not allow me to post the review, so he gets 1...He was assigned by AHS warranty and acted like he didn't want to do the job and would not respond with any updates other than to say "I am not authorized to do the work, contact AHS, do not text me again" ...…….The second opinion that came out was an actual competent electrician and fixed the problem on the spot in less than 10 minutes.
