Absolutely DO NOT USE THIS CU. They helped in committing loan fraud through predatory lending practices. They agreed to NOT report late payments to my credit due to it being proven they helped commit the loan fraud, and GUESS WHAT. THEY REPORTED THE LATE PAYMENTS ON MY CREDIT AGAIN. DO NOT USE THEM.

Always friendly and helpful especially with lost debit cards, fraud alerts, combined e-transactions and in person service. Happy customer for 15+ years!
Legitimately the worst credit union I've ever dealt with. Their app is beyond hard to use. Setting up auto pay required an act of congress, their system for verifying insurance was non functional most of the time, they require a super low deductible, and they call constantly after your autopay is setup. I finally just paid my car off after only a few payments to be rid of them.
