Everyone, including Doctor Melendez, were kind, so professional, helpful and polite. They let you know exactly what was happening and ensured I was fully aware and made sure all my questions were answered. For someone who is terribly afraid of dental work I felt cared for, understood and informed.
There’s no one in the world that wants to have any kind of dental surgery. But I was met early in the morning by cheerful staff. Checking in took no time at all. After Dr. Melendrez gave me the Novacaine. He and I chatted while I was numbing. It was a very relaxing way to start my procedure.
Excellent care, the doctor gave me his full personal attention, with all my questions answered, and he delivered a super expert procedure that was easy and very smooth. Very impressive!
