I very pleased with Silver State Ophthalmology from the beginning. Their service is great and the staff is pleasant and helpful. I had cataract surgery and everything went well. I highly recommend them.

My mother went in for an eye exam and, after receiving her glasses, realized the prescription was incorrect. When she returned to have it rechecked, she was charged an additional fee for the recheck. She was then given a new prescription and charged again for that as well. One of the staff members informed us that this provider charges separately for a new prescription in addition to another exam. Today 1/27/26 was my first day to visit this facility! From the front desk to the nurse's assistant to the nurse and all the way up to Dr. Gemperline, basically everyone, they are all excellent people! I felt relax! Dr. Gemperline is so good at what he does that he knew what was wrong with my vision without me telling him much info. He was very thorough. He told me a lot of things about my vision problems.
