The office was efficient and very friendly.
I met with Dr. Panelli to review hearing aid options with the insurance that I have. The doctor was very thorough in describing what hearing aids are supposed to do. He then explained how the process will work in terms of finding out what type of coverage my insurance will provide. I left the office with the understanding that I should hear back from them within a week or so regarding the hearing aids that I would be eligible to get.
