Dr Zamboni is always the best carers that I am well and doing good
I had numerous nasal surgeries as well as a tonsillectomy with Dr. Zamboni just about a month ago now. After years of struggling with chronic sinusitis and sleep apnea, I was finally able to feel relief and I sleep much better now after the procedure. The recovery was quite rough, but throughout the entire process, I received support from the team. The front desk staff have been very nice and not dismissive at all every single time I’ve gone. I really wanted to leave a positive review because our experience with Dr. Zamboni himself was good. He was kind, patient, and great with my three-year-old. Unfortunately, our experiences with the front desk and after-hours communication are the reason I can only give two stars. Prior to surgery, we had multiple interactions with the front desk where the staff came across as rude and passive-aggressive.
