After a poor experience with a different ENT here in Reno, I am so happy I found Dr. Zamboni. My previous ENT was quite dismissive, I lost confidence in his care for me. I have had cancer before, so having Dr. Zamboni be very thorough, listen to what I had to say, and have him ease my anxiety was very comforting. Great doctor Great staff.
This is the best doctor's office and the best ENT I have ever seen. The whole entire staff is exemplary and so professional! The staff answers the phone in just one ring, and they know their stuff. Because my condition was worsening I called everyday to get my appointment moved up checking for cancelations as these ate first come, first serve. Always punctual and friendly.
The receptionist was very rude and wouldn't listen. Since everything is automated they take the word of the automated service than you. Will not be returning
