Do not use this elevator company. We have a Thysson/Krupp Lev 2 home elevator. The elevator entered an E8 error state and became stuck after the inner door was opened prematurely. After 3 hours of diagnosis, Silver State said that the controller was defective and that both it and the wiring harness needed to be replaced at a cost of over $12,000 because Thysson Krupp no longer provided spare parts.
