BEWARE! We hired Silver Star Limo for our wedding in May 2013. Although very detailed instructions were given as to the services contracted and directions to follow, this didn't occur, causing delays in the wedding from the onset and the groom and bridal party having to get extremely upset. NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES – I had a party bus reserved for this past weekend and Silver Star Limousine had to cancel my reservation because of hurricane Irene. When I asked if I could get my deposit of $200 back I was told that it was not refundable under any circumstances but that I could use it as store credit for up to a year. playing games – I spoke to 3 people and got three different prices for same limo. becareful you get a low price over the phone and then whe you want to pay they charge more
great company!!! – My group used their services last week 7/18 and we couldn't ask for anymore. The Escalade was clean and prompt. Our driver Fernando was great. My friends were very concerned about the price. The orginal price was a little out our budget but they were flexbile to make the evening happen. Awesome evening!! Thank you!
SSL – Silver Star Limo has an awesome selection of vehicles and we rented their new mercedes party bus for our friends 21st birthday and we had a blast. Paula, the secretary helped organize our evening and our driver miguel did a fantastic job. We got a little out of control and he was so nice. The bus was awesome...we were able to stand and walk around. We couldn't stop talking about the party bus. Thank you for the great service and I can't wait to use you again!!!
Great Experience!! – I used Silver Star Limo for my brother's bachelor party on June 13th, 2009. We rented their brand new Lincoln Navigator Jet Door and we bugged out. Our driver Ronny was fantastic and hilarious. The limo took us where we had to go and i will definitely recommend Silver Star to all my friends and family
