Service vraiment mauvais, alors évitez cette succursale. Réparé et vérifié, payé, puis la voiture est tombée en panne le soir, puis a fait attendre le client quelques jours de plus et a signalé une autre erreur. je suis allé au centre de réparation il y a 2 heures Je n’arrive pas à croire que la célèbre entreprise Mercedes fasse de mauvaises affaires.
I went in for a tire pressure light problem and was presented with a costly estimate of other repairs to be done. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and nice but still felt overwhelmed by the whole experience. When I got my car back after more than 5 hours there, I now had a red engine light and was told to leave my car due to a brake line leak. They gave me a courtesy car which was really helpful but overall, I left without a sense of what had happened to my car.
I would like to give a special thanks to Alain eid for taking care of my Glc 43 2018. Car needed a service, he helped me find an appointment, guided me trough out the process and it went very smooth. I was also given a nice E class loaner car which was very enjoyable to drive. Strongly recommend this dealership. They provide fast service and are very knowledgeable.
