Overpriced and haughty – This place has a lot of hardware and kitsch you can buy on the Internet for a lot less, and they have some antiques but they are loathe to bargain or to service a customer afterward. The staff seems aloof and, at times, haughty. And don't try to return anything; my daughter recently tried to return an item and they came up with every dodge they could thing of to refuse to help her out. Unless you like shopping there so you can say you shopped there, I'd recommend someplace else.
