Ivan was hired to do some trim work, install a small wall to create a bedroom, install barn doors in a few bathrooms, and put in a door at the bottom of the basement stairs. I’m not sure if he’s familiar with building codes because he initially planned to install the door directly on the bottom step, which is a code violation.
