Always had excellent valued service over the many many years we have had our cars maintained by Silver Star. Kyle and others explain the work needed and work done taking the time to answer my questions. Trust them completely!
November 2018 this business charged me $1000 for replacing the water pump on my Mercedes-Benz car. September 2019 it was discovered that the temperature sender on the water pump had been mis-threaded and was at risk of failing at any time. Unbelievably, they had tried to fix the problem with plastic plumber’s tape! I attempted to discuss this problem with the manager here. That was a strange and very unpleasant experience.
