There is a reason why this place has 88 five-star reviews. It is absolutely fantastic. Very fair prices, 100% honest and transparent, and great customer service. I’m so glad my neighbor recommended this shop. I will go nowhere else for my now classic 535 and somewhat newer x5.
I highly recommend bringing your BMW into Silver Star Automotive, easy scheduling , great communication throughout your service experience. Craig, runs a great business gets you scheduled right in , explains what’s needed and offers suggestions ,gets you a price and the team gets the work done . Silver Star is reasonably priced and you will save money from going to the dealer and in my opinion A completely better overall experience.
Silver Star does a wonderful job on servicing my 2009 Mercedes. They are professional, friendly and quick! I highly recommend them!
Had no appointment, but had multiple warnings on the dash. The car was not driveable as it was. Craig took the car in immediately, diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road the next business day. Great service as always
Craig takes great care of both the vehicle and the customer. Clearly explains what is needed and why, and whether repair must be done now or can reasonably wait. Shop looks extraordinarily clean, bright, organized. Waiting area is welcoming and comfortable (with WiFi). HIghly Recommend
