Review Of Silver Star Automotive Al and his crew work on our BMW and Volvo. Much more reasonably priced then the local dealers and very honest. They stand behind their repairs and are knowledgeable of required service intervals. They aggressively search for highest quality, lowest priced parts for imports from a large northwest geography. I highly recommend this firm if you are tired of being ripped off by your dealership.
Outstanding Service Friendly outstanding help. We were towed in, treated like long time customers, and had the car checked out immediately. Repair was offered, but not recommended. We purchased another car and returned home 300 miles away. Wish we were located closer and could use them for all our automotive repair. No charge for the checkout or delivery to car rental. Thank you Al.
Honest work, reasonable rates. Great, friendly staff. Excellent work. Had major suspension work on japanese car and also other questions regarding things needing possible repair. Their assessment was very conservative (deferred the other parts as being unnecessary) and repaired only what was needed. Reasonably priced rates. I would definitely return.
Honest mechanics work here. Everytime i go here they prove again and again that they're one of the best places around. Everyone here knows their job backwards and forwards and they've always been so nice to me and never rude. They work on Japanese cars and American cars so whatever you got they can work on it which is nice. Because they work on so many models and have good prices they do get very busy.
