What a great experience at this mechanic shop! Alyssa and Paul took care of me right away, I had made an appointment a few days before with a check engine light, Paul was able to fix the problem and get me back on the road, the place was clean, and I felt like my car was in good hands. Definitely will go to them if I have any other problems with my Mercedes.
Our DEF level sensor on our Mercedes Benz chassis RV failed in New Mexico on our way to Arizona. I called and told them our problem asked if they could help. I was told they were busy but stop in and they would see what they could do. When we got there we were afraid we would be stranded until the problem was fixed. The repair was labor intensive and we were prepared to spend the night but the shop had two mechanics work on the RV and the manager said they would stay late if needed so we could get back on the road. Only place to take your Benz in NM. Great service and honest mechanics.
Professional, super quick turn around and identified issues that could be repaired without having to replace our whole Def tank, which was what others kept recommending. They saved us money and had the best rates compared to others in town. Super clean and clearly knowledgeable.
