I would recommend skipping over this place. Especially if you're trying to find a place for your loved ones. Not because of the residents or location, despite being in Pine(Crime) Hills. The issue is it's current management/manager, as well as, being way over priced for the location and people trying to survive on a fixed income. The current manager is extremely rude and is always confrontational if you call for help. She might be super nice to you while selling you the lot/home, but becomes a snake once you are a resident. ... read more
