Don’t be fooled by the exterior. The rooms was cold, and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I don’t know if the lady at the front desk was the owner, she sure treated me like she was. Very kind and helpful after I locked my key in my room. I know she was busy, but she never missed a beat. Came right to my room and unlocked it for me. Highly recommend.

Really liked the hotel. Has a front door and back door. Beds were comfy and room was clean. It was dark in the room with only two lamps but that is still acceptable. The worst part was the traffic on the main drag. It seems like everyone in Dodge City is a motorhead and has a loud car that they like to scream up and down the strip until 2 AM on Friday night. We stayed two nights...Saturday night wasn't nearly as bad. But that is no fault of the hotel staff who were fantastic.

Darla and Cheyenne were the best. Darla is a super sweetheart as well as Cheyenne. Was there for work. The apartment side is super safe and quiet. No issues what so ever. Probably could have left the truck unlocked the whole time. So would stay here again. Those ladies were so amazing that it's unreal. No, it does not look like the Ritz. However, the customer service nailed it hands down.
