Our amenities are bountiful, with amazing features such as our BBQ-Patio Area, billiards room, library, clubhouse, computer lab, fitness center, kitchen, darts, card tables, ping pong, horseshoes, pitch and putt, shuffleboard and of course the pool and spa. We love the whole family, so we are of course pet friendly and have a pet area where they can socialize and make friends of their own.

We've been snowbirds in Silver Spur for the past 8 years. We love this little community of great people who care about their properties and are such good neighbors. It's a small town feel, plenty of activities to get involved in, good management great location. We love living in "THE SPUR"!!
