Terrible management and maintenance of both parks. They ignore your calls and texts. The maintenance guy steals stuff from your yards and pretends to work but is actually just hanging out at a companions trailer when you leave to work and when you get back he’s still there. They want to charge a premium for terrible park conditions and as if they’re an HOA. This place is pathetic. Worst trailer park in las cruces you are crooks and swinger's. You don't take care of your tenants and have sever pipe issues.
