I got the pleasure of meeting Roy Webb after purchasing some property from him. As part of the purchase arrangement, he agreed to build me a pond on my new property. He did everything he told me he would do and got everything completed on the schedule we had discussed. I now have the pond I have always dreamed of having. He has remained available since completion to discuss further details and additional work.
