In January 2017, we hired SilverSprings to replaster and retile an existing concrete pool (originally built by the company in 2001), lay pavers over an existing concrete deck, replace the flagstone on the front stairs with bricks (which we purchased separately on three occasions due to installation error) repoint masonry, and fix the drippers/sprinkler irrigation system for aprox. $60,000+.
