Went months over the contract date, poor communication. Weeks of no communication or no work done. Damage and outside of our house, cracks in the decking and tiles falling off and can't get any response! Next step is to file a lawsuit!
My complaints are the same as everyone else’s. My pool is 95% finished and until I get a final inspection from the City of El Paso I cannot get an upgraded gas line. So while I have a heater I cannot *use* the heater because there is insufficient gas because SILVER SPRINGS POOLS CANNOT TAKE A PROJECT TO COMPLETION. There was a leak during the initial phase and they kept saying they would fix it and NOPE. Did not fix it. Now I have THREE leaks. The front office goes straight to voicemail. The new owner Mr. Diaz is the worst for warranty issues and returning phone calls. DO NOT get a pool from them.
