I was referred by my GP to see Dr.Moore for an IUD removal. I had a horrific experience with the initial insertion, so I was very nervous about the extraction. Dr. Moore took the time with me to talk about everything, including other issues found with my ultrasound. She did my procedure with as little discomfort as possible, explaining as she worked. May 01,2025 If your call falls to Anna's phone line, then you will wait a year until she answers it. I can say that she is not an effective receptionist to answer phone calls, cuz clients will have to wait forever until you have to dial again. this is a repetitive incident with her. I have informed my family doctor regarding this; however, nothing's changed. I can prove it, because if my call was picked up right away, then it will be always another receptionist. Had an IUD insertion with Dr. Moore today and my experience was exceptional she is very knowledgeable, took her time in explaining the whole procedure and educate me. The procedure itself is painless and done in lessthan 5 minutes, her assistant was super nice and made sure everything are ready, the clinic is very clean and quiet. Highly recommended!!
I went there for an IUD appointment and I have to say it was very pleasant experience. Staff was exceptionally friendly and Dr.Moore is great at her job. Highly recommended if you are looking for an IUD clinic.
