Apparently this practice used to be good but was sold a few years ago and has gone downhill and is now money focused. My elderly friend recently took her cat in for routine teeth cleansing. She was horrified to learn 7 teeth were extracted. She indicated she was never informed of a problem to warrant this. Oh and her fee for the procedure more than doubled of course. Run, don't walk to another vet.
I’m extremely disappointed with this clinic’s lack of communication and follow-through. I’ve called five times over several days trying to get a refill for my senior dog’s arthritis medication, and no one has returned a single call or provided any update. This medication is necessary for my dog’s comfort, and being ignored like this is very discouraging. Please consider this if considering to book an appointment
Dr Brady was very nice and took the time to explain my pets procedure to me. He followed up with a phone call to check up on Juliette’s progress. I would highly recommend him.
