Service and food always good. Very seldom do we have to wait 1/2 hour to an hour.
Waited 45 min for food then received it cold. Asked if I wanted food microwaved, dont even microwave at home. Then apparently we were topic of conversation in kitchen because kitchen staff came out one by one to see who hated their food. Manager walking to tables around us asking how everyones dinner was and walked past us twice and ignored us. Will never go there again. My husbands first visit there wasnt good either. Great place for a Saturday lunch. Staff are great and food selection good. Ask for soup not listed on the menu. Hidden goodies.
Fantastic (especially their crab pretzel), reasonably-priced food!! Professional and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. I have eaten here for years and they are consistently exceptional!
Don and I go to the one in Bel Air approximately twice a month. We have never had a bad meal, from the baby back ribs with a crab cake (Don's favorite) to me getting Rock Fish cooked to perfection, Broiled Seafood Platter, Shrimp Creole just like in New Orleans, ect. Scallops stuffed with crab imperial out of this world. Crab pretzel amazing. Perfect!!
Came with the whole family for Christmas Eve dinner. Everyone else was very happy with their meal. I, however, made the mistake of ordering the special, crab imperial. Knew something was not right the moment it came. The dish arrived lukewarm and the imperial sauce was not sauce at all but rather a congealed clump that could be lifted off in large chunks.
