We are thrilled with the transformation of our backyard, which posed many unique challenges. A steep hill, eroding and stump-riddled, previously rendered over half our property nearly inaccessible. That hill has turned into a beautiful terraced landscape via stone-faced retaining walls, with stairs and drainage that are themselves gorgeous. Don and his team were great to work with. I felt comfortable from the get go with his ideas and vision for what was a very large project that involved asphalt and concrete removal, fencing, paving and the installation of pavers and new grass and plant areas. His pricing was very competitive, they started when they said they would and did the job with no hiccups. We love the outcome and our new backyard.

We contracted with Silver Spring Landscaping to repair retaining walls and upgrade our plantings. They developed a design that is staged to bloom from spring through fall. Their team was prepared to do the work as soon as our contract was signed. The team was here working every day with the exception of rainy days and Sundays. They worked carefully, efficiently and carefully, making sure that our new plantings were adequately watered and that our site was clean at the end of each workday. Silver Spring Landscaping rebuilt 3 foot and 8 foot retaining walls surrounding my driveway and added a drainage system in only a couple of weeks. Don and his team were extraordinary. This was the least stressful construction project I've ever had! The retaining walls are gorgeous too!
