Silver Spring Landscaping has far exceeded our expectations! We're thrilled with the stone work and garden erected in our front yard. It's charming, blends incredibly well with our house, and elevates it in every way. Don Thurber is a master designer. I highly recommend him and his team.
We contracted with Silver Spring Landscaping to repair retaining walls and upgrade our plantings. They developed a design that is staged to bloom from spring through fall. Their team was prepared to do the work as soon as our contract was signed. The team was here working every day with the exception of rainy days and Sundays. They worked carefully, efficiently and carefully, making sure that our new plantings were adequately watered and that our site was clean at the end of each workday. Silver Spring Landscaping rebuilt 3 foot and 8 foot retaining walls surrounding my driveway and added a drainage system in only a couple of weeks. Don and his team were extraordinary. This was the least stressful construction project I've ever had! The retaining walls are gorgeous too!
Loved the work done by Don and his crew in our backyard featuring 3 levels of retaining walls. Don came on site everyday and was continuously communicating with the progresses and modifications to be made as needed. The crew was really professional, cleaning everything and they were carefull with the surroundings. We are so happy with our backyard now! We will certainly call Don again for our front yard when we are ready!
Wow. Don and his team are incredible. If I could, I’d give them 10 stars. What a difference Silver Spring Landscaping has made for our property. Our backyard was a mess. It sloped off abruptly, and badly needed a retaining wall to stop it from crumbling through erosion. The previous owner had placed great numbers of concrete cylinders along the slope, then covered the cylinders with dirt in an effort to level the yard.
