Amended review after watching the performance of paver patio and paver walkway built by Don Thurber/Silver Spring Landscaping in 2019 October/November for us in our backyard. Could not recommend Don and team more highly. We had been uninspired by our front yard for a few years, and after a few false starts with other contractors, we found Don and told him the vision we had for it. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and patient with us as we debated the details in his very thoughtful design. Don Thurber of Silver Spring Landscaping has a fantastic design eye and recommendations. I relied on him since I recently moved to MD from SE FL and I am not yet familiar with the plants, trees, etc. His crew really knows what they are doing-sometimes there are 8 guys, sometimes 15 so they don't drag out the job. Also, Don is quick to respond. I would have them do work for me again and I think that is the greatest compliment.
Don has done great work for both our patio and the front of our house. Both transformations are unbelievable. I recommend him and his team to anyone. Very professional and timely service, and his prices are fair.
