It is reassuring to know that the establishment has closed, as the level of professionalism and customer service was profoundly lacking. The elderly gentleman, in particular, displayed an alarming disregard for basic customer relations. I vividly recall taking my family there and witnessing him openly raising his voice at patrons, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. Such conduct is entirely inconsistent with the standards expected of a reputable business.
I loved this place. I discovered Silver Spoon when they were in Richardson on Spring Valley. Cherish every day...
