I bought a singing bowl and it cracked in the first week during a session with clients. I contacted the store and they said the company was only offering 20% off another purchase and said they wouldn’t replace the faulty product. Sadly I’m without a singing bowl and will never use this company’s products again as the bowl cracked while using as I’ve used many other bowls in the past. Even as a repeat customer there was no integrity on the part of the manufacture. They can keep their money. They have lost a customer for life.... read more
