Update - Andria and the team reached out, were very understanding, and helped find a very fair resolution. I look forward to staying with them in the near future. Good customer service is sure hard to find. I have great memories from here when I was a kid. Now a Dad, my daughters and I were traveling from Florida and looking forward to a fun ski trip, but unfortunately one of them fell ill, spiked a fever, and we had to cancel the entire trip. So convenient. Great pool heated in winter takes all sore aches away!
Our first stay and the condo was first class and a bargain! Kids loved the bunk beds! Full kitchen with utensils and seasonings was unexpected! The location to slopes was a treat to ski straight to front door! On our last day I lost my phone in the snow and the owner found it and met me in Bonney lake to hand it off the next day as they were making a supply run!! Thank you Andrea and team for making our Week!
Racist staff, followed our group while we browsed, had us empty our pockets because they thought we were going to steal a sticker. The security guard, Tony, was disrespectful and couldn’t even come up with anything to say to us even after we followed orders. Not an apology, just shrugging it off. Absolutely unacceptable
