Lovely condos at Crystal Mountain Resort. So well kept and perfect for your stay with your own kitchen!! I love this place and have five stays under my belt - all of them EXCEPTIONALLY executed! Andria is clutch in booking and helpfulness before, during, and after your stay. Don't miss this place - unless you want to drive 30 minute for a loaf of wonder bread and turkey after the restaurants close.
Stay elsewhere. Over priced for what it is and the staff were less than accommodating. We followed check out instructions and then were told we’d be charged for moving the furniture around and not putting it back.
Some of the worst hospitality we’ve ever experienced. The place is fine, but the staff is cold and is looking to charge you extra for whatever they can. Apparently there is an unknown set of policies that will allow them to charge you extra for small little things. Don’t dare move a coffee table or you’ll be charged extra. Didn’t bring a vacuum with you on your trip in the mountains where you inevitably get dirty? You’ll be charged extra for “debris.” Would not stay again.
Are you familiar with the phrase, "the customer is always right?" Silver Skis Chalet most certainly is not and instead prefers, "the customer is always responsible for an additional fee." Hell, at this point, I would not be surprised if we are charged an additional fee for leaving this review. I mean sure, that isn't listed anywhere on the website, included in the rental agreement, or posted on the property, but such things as "notice" don't bother Silver Skis when they see a chance to milk their guests for some more money. ... read more
