Horrible racist staff. My three sons and a few of their friends went to the pool and were immediately asked if they stayed here. After one child showed their keys to the pool, the staff lady asked for proof from all the kids, then spontaneously asked if they were US citizens (they are half asian and were born in the US). Later she only let the child with the keys into the pool and made all the other (wasian) kids go home. Lovely condos at Crystal Mountain Resort. So well kept and perfect for your stay with your own kitchen!! I love this place and have five stays under my belt - all of them EXCEPTIONALLY executed! Andria is clutch in booking and helpfulness before, during, and after your stay. Don't miss this place - unless you want to drive 30 minute for a loaf of wonder bread and turkey after the restaurants close.
Stay elsewhere. Over priced for what it is and the staff were less than accommodating. We followed check out instructions and then were told we’d be charged for moving the furniture around and not putting it back.
Some of the worst hospitality we’ve ever experienced. The place is fine, but the staff is cold and is looking to charge you extra for whatever they can. Apparently there is an unknown set of policies that will allow them to charge you extra for small little things. Don’t dare move a coffee table or you’ll be charged extra. Didn’t bring a vacuum with you on your trip in the mountains where you inevitably get dirty? You’ll be charged extra for “debris.” Would not stay again.
