Colleen ruined my hair and it still hasn’t grown back in two years. came in with butt length hair and asked for layers and curtain bangs like the last picture. left with almost shoulder length hair and bangs that were almost 3 inches in length difference and were way bigger than my original bangs that i wanted shortened. these new bangs were down to my butt originally and have been a pain to grow out as they were cut to my forehead straight across. should have sued. disgusting work. Waxer told me she doesn't like doing her job it's just for the money and it definitely showed. Rushed and no prep or aftercare offered. Left red, irritated and sore. Given wax remover and rough towel to clean up. Have never had such a miserable experience. Unprofessional and unknowledgeable, she should not be doing it. When I came downstairs to pay! He staff couldn't of been more uninterested in dealing with me. Looking at another staff members phone the one who had done my service. Will not be back.
It was my first time at Silver Scissors, and I had highlights done by Laura. She did an amazing job! She’s not only talented but also such a lovely person. I absolutely love my hair and couldn’t be happier with the result! 💕
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. My friend recently had her hair done by Janice at Silver Scissors, and it was absolutely unacceptable from start to finish. As soon as she sat in the chair, Janice began judging her natural hair and questioning the products she used without offering any helpful advice or explanation.
