I would like to thank the girls at Emerald Spa for the great afternoon yesterday. It’s not often we can say in life that “Four Generations” can get together and go for Easter Pedicures. The girls were patient with my 88 year old mother and my 11 year old granddaughter. They treated us like royalty and we had so much fun. I contacted this salon to book bridal hair for myself and my bridesmaids and was immediately told they are not accepting any new clients. No reason was given, and I wasn’t asked for my wedding date or given the chance to explain that I was looking to book multiple services totaling around $1000. Being dismissed that quickly without any explanation or attempt to help was extremely frustrating, especially while trying to plan something as important as a wedding. It’s unbelievable. I went today for a colour, foils and cut. The appointment wasn’t long enough to accommodate foils. I had a good experience about a year ago but that stylist was on mat leave so they assigned Brittany. I needed my grey covered, wanted a shorter, funkier cut after almost 2 years of letting my hair grow out. I had told the salon exactly what I was looking for. Colleen ruined my hair and it still hasn’t grown back in two years. came in with butt length hair and asked for layers and curtain bangs like the last picture. left with almost shoulder length hair and bangs that were almost 3 inches in length difference and were way bigger than my original bangs that i wanted shortened. these new bangs were down to my butt originally and have been a pain to grow out as they were cut to my forehead straight across. should have sued. disgusting work.
