Showed up to check in just after 3 today. Nobody there to check in at the office, for is locked. Just a number taped to the door to call or text for check in. They don't answer, goes straight to a full voicemail. Tried texting, no response for over an hour. Had to call Travelocity to get by booking canceled and switched to a different hotel.

Sneaky business practices. Money hungry and rude. They switch policies as they are brought to their attention to make it fit to their favor. This business doesn't care about having repeat guests because the first impression is horrible. I'm shocked they even have 3 stars. Stay elsewhere , soooo many better options !!

Such a wonderful and homey motel. Me and my wife have been coming for over 3 years in a row and it gets better every time. Friendly owners and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We’ll be back next year!

Responding to owner reply: The cancellation per Expedia for your hotel was refundable by June 10th. I cancelled March 21st. You don’t get to make it up as you go. If Expedia was wrong you should honor the mistake since you do business with them. You updated the parking matter AFTER I pointed it out. That’s a moot point right now anyways. Also, there is no evidence of any upgrade and we just want our money back. We would never come and stay there after how you have taken advantage. Just got back from our trip. In June we stayed last minute at this cool place. Clean room with all the kitchen stuff. The owner was friendly and gave us extra coffee and towels for the room.
