Although there were a few miscommunications at the start of creating my custom piece, everything was quickly resolved, and the final pendant turned out to be exactly what I had envisioned. It is absolutely stunning. The owner is incredibly kind, and I have nothing but positive things to say. The craftsmanship is stunning, and I'm beyond thrilled with my piece.
