I spent nearly $600 in early August for two permanent bracelets for myself and my niece. In the same week in December, both of them fell off doing nothing. It was as snagged in anything. Two separate occasions of the bracelets just falling off. I have had other pieces of permanent jewelry last years. These was clearly not welded correctly to be considered “permanent”
My necklace broke today while visiting Seattle, so I stopped by this lovely studio. The two women were so kind brainstorming and offering possible solutions. We opted for a simple fix, and within 10 minutes I was on my way with a mended piece. Can’t say enough about the kindness and professionalism I discovered here. Planning to return with a larger, custom project and highly recommend this business.
