After calling multiple times, I felt like the information I was receiving over the phone was not being understood or correctly handled. I ultimately had to go in person to clarify that my prescription was sent to the correct location because the information was being entered incorrectly. Additionally, one of the pharmacists took my phone to the back to look at an RX code and kept it for an extended period of time, only returning it after I repeatedly asked for it back. Best place to get your prescriptions...no long line.
Despite the reviews, I came here to obtain OTC medications.... most of the staff was helpful n accommodating. I even saw that service provided to other customers which was also helpful. Though I didn't get medication as it wasn't in stock, I was inpressed by customer service.
