Very desirable location. Location ...location so convenient to shopping. People keep homes looking nice. Friendly neighbors and owners. Price is reasonable. Quiet. Phoenix is lovely town on Oswego River. Quite nice community activities. I feel blessed to live here. Only negative is that there are few opportunities to move in and no dogs allowed which my cat thinks is great!
I live there. Very Quiet and Really nice people live there. The owners are very caring and keep the park in well maintained and safe condition
Visiting grandparents here was a pleasure. The area is pleasant and quiet and the trailers look very nice.
