Dr. Mruz, is one of the worst psychologists. He gave me a Myers-Briggs personality test which isn't accurate. He also told me he had no hope for me. Giving me a crisis number on his cellphone while not even looking at me. I saw him two times and one time he was on his cellphone the entire time. Good riddance to a horrible person.
I can’t say enough good things about Sarah Watt. She is truly trauma-informed, compassionate, and deeply understanding. From the very first session, she created a safe, nonjudgmental space where I felt heard, validated, and supported. Her professionalism and empathy shine through in every interaction. Dr. Mruz has been an amazing help, and Jackie in the front desk has also been wonderful to schedule appointments with. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone here.
Overall highly negative experience with Alan Hickey the 1st day he described to us what a terrible session would be and then gave us 5 of the worst sessions possible. He said he did not like to meet separately with couples, but he made an exception for my wife who wanted to set things up for to dash any hope I had of reigniting the relationship. everything was supposed to be disclosed. Sarah is a phenomenal therapist. She supported me through some of the most difficult times in my life, including my struggles with PTSD and ADHD. Through her unwavering guidance and compassion, I came to realize that I am not a broken person. Most importantly, Sarah helped me learn how to love myself again.
