This is my Silver Ridge experience. I gave Silver Ridge two stars because I felt that I constantly had to advocate for myself in order to receive the services promised, and because I was not provided the services promised on the website and in the intake paperwork. At one point, I went days without blood pressure medication due to staff errors. Costs: Silver Ridge charged my health account $3,340/day for residential care. I can not in good conscious recommend Silver Ridge. To put it bluntly, they are more interested in your finances than your recovery. They'll work all kinds of deals with those paying out of pocket but screw those with insurance. By they way, if you are paying out of pocket, their unpublished daily rate they don't want you to know about is $750.00. Don't pay any more. Food is excellent; 3 of the 4 counselors are great. Stay away from Samuel. Hope your finances can support their costly operation.
