Tried to get implants - don’t know if office or insurance but … insurance company never got the plan of care for implants , drs office says the insurance company lost it … multiple times and poor communication. Got impatient with drs office - it was much more than 9 months of effort to get lined up with Ins Company . Sad - Martin just wants to chew his food Mutually agreed not a good fit - found another office only 15 min from Martin’s home , instead of more than 1hour away.
Found Dr. Cartwright on my dental insurance website with great reviews. First couple of visits were good so far - she offered reasonable solutions/ good referrals to my issues (endodontist she recommended luckily is in-network and did a good job). Dr. Cartwright did a filling on my molar, no issues. Her hygienist was great. Dental assistants were polite and attentive. Front-desk Mrs. Judy is doing her best I think. Hope everything stays positive in the future with future visits and billing.
Great Service and today I just had my teeth cleaning done excellent Job no pain she was so Nice to me stop when I need to break ready for my next visit
The lady who cleaned my teeth was really imsightful and helped me a lot. Then i met the manager and she was able to answer my questions about ortho and point me in the right direction
