I’ve lived here since May 2025 and couldn’t be happier with my apartment. A special shout-out to my apartment manager, Miron Dalipi. He has been a great pleasure to work with concerning issues with heating, items to be fixed, repaired or replaced. In each case, it has been handled quickly and without hassle. Communication is extremely easy through email or their app, which is easy to navigate. Overall, a great experience. I’m very happy to call this place home.
Silver bought the building we live in and everything has gone completely downhill. Our building is being neglected now: washing machines doubled in price but are constantly broken and eating quarters, roaches appeared after years of a clean building, trash piles up in the hallways and the front yard is often very overgrown, I had to call 311 repeatedly last winter over insufficient heat (it was never broken, they just changed the program to run way less to save money, apartments were as low as 50 degrees) and overflowing rec... read more
