I rented out a unit with this company & Was completely satisfied. Dino was the one who assisted me with the onboarding process. He was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Any issues that would arise he was on top of. I would definitely recommend others to view their apartment listings.
I contacted them via email in regards to a rental property. They responded with a link for a different property. Because they said it wasn’t available “at the moment”. I responded asking if they knew when it would be available (since the listing was up). I sent the email April 2nd. To this day, still no response email. I called a few days later (since the listing was still up) and was told the property is CURRENTLY available & a leasing agent will contact me for a viewing. I just moved out after 3 years of living here. The place has all the amenities I needed and was close to public transport. The management team was always on top of anything that had to be fixed which was very rarely. I had no problems w this rental company.
This is the best property management company I've worked with. Both Miron & Alija have been responsive and accommodative throughout my whole tenancy. If I ever rent in the future, it will definitely be with this management group.
Silver Property on Patterson Avenue in Chicago provided the perfect city getaway with stunning views of Wrigley and easy access to the vibrant Wrigleyville lifestyle. Tyler Shanberg was an outstanding property manager—responsive, attentive, and quick to address any concerns. We absolutely loved our apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our time there!
