Tyler Shanberg was an outstanding property manager—responsive, attentive, and quick to address any concerns. We absolutely loved our apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Silver Group has been a fantastic property manager. I have lived in one of their buildings for 2 years now, and they're so much better than my last landlord. All maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly and efficiently, and any messages/questions are responded to in a timely manner as well. I will be renewing my lease with them for the third year in a row this year.
Silver Property Group is truly dedicated to providing exceptional service to their tenants. Having been a tenant for over 4 years now, they have proven to be dependable and responsive. I have lived in developments where as soon as you sign the lease, management disappears. Miron the property manager for my building is always professional, kind, and ensures each issue is resolved in a timely manner.
My experience renting with Silver Property group was nothing short of amazing. The team (especially the property manager Miron) is incredibly timely, communicative, and most importantly has integrity. Rental prices are reasonable and were raised only minimally during my 3 years renting with them. Repairs were always addressed quickly, and my move out assessment was smooth and reasonable. I highly recommend this group.
