I would like to preface this by stating this reflects our full and factual experience with Silver Property Group. From September 15th to October 1st, we had to force ourselves to sleep, eat, and reside in an apartment that smelled of urine. We viewed a two-bedroom apartment in Edgewater on July 6th while it was still occupied. The apartment was listed as available September 1st. I moved into a unit with Silver Property Management inAugust 2025. I experienced a swift response with leasing after finding my adorable apartment with the assistance from Alicia. Since moving in, Dino, the building manager has been available for any questions and responses quickly regarding any concerns. I've been with Silver Properties for about a year and a half and will stay as long as I can with them. Everything was seamless in the initial viewing (I had Dino show my unit- a great, easy experience) and I have had prompt, positive communication with the property manager. Everyone who has come through to fix anything in the unit has also been professional and prompt. My building is well managed, well kept.. all good things. Thanks Silver Properties.
Back in the autumn of 2023, I found an apartment I liked online through Silver Property Group. Jason Gold responded quickly, and ushered me through the application process smoothly. I lived in a silver property for 3 years after moving back to Chicago. Back then, in my head, thought they were OK. Now that I live somewhere else and deal with a crappy management company i realize they were really good. What's drives me nuts is I regularly walk my dog past a silver property by my new place and have to look at their sign almost daily. It's a constant reminder of how much my current owner sucks Vs before. I'll soon be moving back to my old building.
