I've been with Silver Properties for about a year and a half and will stay as long as I can with them. Everything was seamless in the initial viewing (I had Dino show my unit- a great, easy experience) and I have had prompt, positive communication with the property manager. Everyone who has come through to fix anything in the unit has also been professional and prompt. My building is well managed, well kept.. all good things. Thanks Silver Properties.

I’ve been renting from Silver Property Group since August 2012—basically since they opened—and I’ve stayed with them for over 13 years across two different apartments. I have been renting from Silver Property Group for five years. They do provide excellent maintenance, and respond to requests quickly and professionally. They also have a beautiful colorful garden in front of the building that stands out.
I rented out a unit with this company & Was completely satisfied. Dino was the one who assisted me with the onboarding process. He was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Any issues that would arise he was on top of. I would definitely recommend others to view their apartment listings.
