I’ve lived here since May 2025 and couldn’t be happier with my apartment. A special shout-out to my apartment manager, Miron Dalipi. He has been a great pleasure to work with concerning issues with heating, items to be fixed, repaired or replaced. In each case, it has been handled quickly and without hassle. Communication is extremely easy through email or their app, which is easy to navigate. Overall, a great experience. I’m very happy to call this place home.
Back in the autumn of 2023, I found an apartment I liked online through Silver Property Group. Jason Gold responded quickly, and ushered me through the application process smoothly. Over the past two years, I've had occasional maintenance issues (which is par for the course in any habitat!) and property manager Miron is always ultra-responsive.
