Sam and his crew are the best maintenance guys out here when they get notified they take action quick however the maintenance coordinator is a joke. And the attitude is completely unprofessional... Had a few times were she out right told me I was wrong about routine maintenance check ups, including bug spraying where they made entry in my apartment but never actually did, ( I have cameras) but made notation in their books as if so. It only saddens me that there are not negative ratings! This place will bleed you dry. I got an emotional support animal and they charged me 300 deposit on top of regular deposit and that was a violation of HUD. When I reported it my lease was not renewed inspite of never having been late in the 3 yrs I lived there. Also there are termites. The shared laundry is a dreadful nightmare, people move your laundry, I even set the timer on the stove to get down there when cycle finished!! They simply took my $80 and never informed me whether or not I was approved. When I called today, they said I could be approved if I put down more money. I would have appreciated an email about this. I'm going to file another dispute with my bank. Oh, and Ryan is wonderful; thank you for your assistance!
