I don't like them because they're in chaos and very gloomy,
Avoid this management company. They withheld nearly our entire security deposit (returning only $45) without providing the legally required itemized statement, despite multiple requests and a formal Notice of Disposition.They also withheld a day of rent and only returned it after being formally challenged. Communication has been consistently ignored, and they have not followed Utah law regarding deposit handling. I would strongly caution renters from doing any business with this company. They never answer the phone in the office and you can’t leave a voicemail either it’s always full they never answer it’s frustrating
