They prey on the vulnerable and cycle people through as many 15 minute visits as they can in a day. Absolutely terrible business. Only in it to grow and expand rather than care for the prople who earn them a living. I have a diagnosed persistent condition that requires meds for me to physically be able to do my job. Without it, I am handicapped. Numerous times they wait until I request a refill before telling me that I need to schedule an appointment before they will fill another due to some new policy. Wow, Dr. Crandall really took her time with me and listened to my concerns even as a young, healthy adult just going in for a yearly physical. It was my first time meeting her. I consider myself a pretty knowledgeable person but she gave me important, relevant information regarding my medical history and current age that I have never considered before. Dr. Crandall really made sure I was completely informed about all my options and was never pushy at all. Very respectful, kind Dr that I am really glad to have seen.
I have been seeing Dr. Crandall for over 10 years. I am so comfortable with her and she never makes me feel rushed. Very down to earth and never pressures me into doing something I’m not comfortable with. She’s very open minded and listens to how I feel. I recommend her to anyone.
We have been seeing Dr. Crandall for over 20 years. We moved to Big Rapids. Even thou it is an 3 hour drive one way, we continue to use her as our primary doctor. We trust her with our care.
I'm glad I was referred to Silver Pines as Dr. Crandall is very pleasant to talk with and very thorough.
