Prices keep rising and customer service getting worse. These people don’t listen constantly try to speak over you and when you finally get to talk they answer with out listening providing useless info. The manager and pharmacy reps and phone operators need to be replaced asap. They have no concept of customer service. I will no longer do business with them due to these escalating issues and provide a warning to anyone else that’s going to be dealing with them to be prepared to deal with the same issues or worse. Best customer service friendly respectful.
Silver Pharmacy has been absolutely fantastic and getting my prescriptions filled. The head pharmacist went out of her way to help me with the insurance company and worked very hard to get my medication filled when I couldn’t get it filled due to other circumstances. I highly recommend using them. Their delivery service is fantastic and they’re very friendly and they really helped me as the customer a lot and have great customer service.
