This is truly a hidden gem. Patient-focused and not the experience you receive at a chain pharmacy. Love the staff. Very helpful and will find the best price for your prescriptions...Will never go back to a national chain. Ever.
Prices keep rising and customer service getting worse. These people don’t listen constantly try to speak over you and when you finally get to talk they answer with out listening providing useless info. The manager and pharmacy reps and phone operators need to be replaced asap. They have no concept of customer service. I will no longer do business with them due to these escalating issues and provide a warning to anyone else that’s going to be dealing with them to be prepared to deal with the same issues or worse.
