I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a load I booked from Mount Olive, NC, to Melrose Park, IL, on July 23, 2026, with Eric Wahl (Ext. 805). Our company has been waiting for a revised rate confirmation from freight broker Petr Carter for the past five days. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, we have not received the updated document. Each time we speak with him, we are told that he is very busy and that the revised rate confirmation will be sent within a few minutes. Unfortunately, those promises have not been fulfilled, and the same situation has repeated daily for the last five days.

Tried to book a load with Team 1 today from NJ to IL. Considering the low temperature asked $200 more than posted. Agreed on the rate, they grabbed driver info and my email. Disappeared for almost an hour. Meanwhile the load was still posted. He has been receiving my messages and then lied that his phone died. At the same time recovered the load with someone else for a cheaper price. Just don’t book if you don’t want to negotiate just to sell someone else for a cheaper price an hour later.

Different agents all over the country..they do not care about the carriers and carrier compliance does not care if you have a problem...do not recommend this broker ...
