Awful. I’ve been waiting on my shipment from ikea for a month and a couple days now. SPI has had it for 3 weeks now and can’t seem to even give an estimated delivery day. They tell me they will call back and never do. AWFUL. I have never heard of a place that does not tell you where your order is after 3 weeks. AWFUL. For the first 2 and a half weeks nobody could even find it. They said they would call me back and never did. I can’t express how awful this experience with ikea and their shippers have been.
