My buyers were looking for a vacation home and while looking at another DR Horton neighborhood Erica Lane the DR Horton rep told us about this neighborhood that allows short term rentals. Erica is extremely knowledgeable about DR Horton ( yes I know she’s a rep but some are not as knowledgeable as others) and is really pleasant to work with. Very easy to reach.
