This place was very weird I came here for the first time and when I asked why I came one of the nurses said because apparently I “saw and heard” things which I don’t recall ever saying anything of that sort, and I have no link to schizophrenia, but anyways I was transferred here from Winfield hospital basically felt like a dog just getting thrown in a cage, 1 HIPPA rule is to give information to a patient and I was given no information about anything, didn’t know why I was there, and when I did ask the front desk nurses they... read more
Absolutely horrible communication across the board. I have never experienced a severe lack of communication to this degree from a professional institution in my entire life. NO exceptions. This has been the worst. Even when I had my loved one's access code to help coordinate care (as stated on their website, by the way, which provides little other information besides), I could hardly get through to anyone to help with our concerns. I had several bad experiences here. I was there for a detox and was skipped my regular medication doses and could have had a seizure. I was held here against my will and had no say in anything. I was given old discontinued medications, even though I told them my current medications I was on. When I brought it to a resident doctor who filled in on the weekends attention his face turned white and he was stunned. He then had basically nothing to say about it.
