Was admitted here for ten days almost two years ago now back in June-July of 2023 after a suicide attempt (wow, crazy to think it's been that long already) and I thought about this place again after my gf told me she always gets uncomfortable when she passes by the mental hospital she was at. What do you have to do to get anything accomplished at this terrible facility. The parking lot is full with cars from staff the question is where are they??? I'm on the outside looking in trying to get a few simple things done. It appears nobody is working there. I feel like I'm going to have a break down myself. It's that frustrating. You people need to wake up over there .!!!
’m writing this for my own healing and to help others considering this facility. I stayed twice, seven months apart, most recently discharged on April 1, 2025. Both times were due to drug-induced psychosis, first from weed, then also mushrooms. While I came seeking help, this place felt more like jail with coloring books. The facility groups women of all ages and conditions together, which creates tension and trauma instead of healing. Intake was terrifying both times, especially while in psychosis.
