Please do not go here. The staff is rude and intentionally triggers patients to anger at times. They also do not tell you the whole truth when you come here about the length of your stay. No one can give you a straightforward answer when you ask questions about discharge. While I was here, there was a lot of hostility and even threats. treated my friend awfully and from the sounds of it this place is less of a mental hospital as it is a tax write off.

youd expect happier staff taking care of unhappy people, you know, considering they get to go home every day while patients are stuck for at least a week the food sucks and the chicken was undercooked every time!!! they also dont like giving patients their meds properly, from stories ive heard during my stay in there.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONE here. They almost tried killing my husband by not giving his rejection medicine for THREE DAYS. Charting is HORRIBLE here. Silver oaks , YOU PEOPLE NEED to OPEN your EYES. DO THE JOB CORRECTLY.

I was here for the teen program due to having very bad depression at the time, overall my time here was okay I suppose. most of the staff was nice, especially Mattie, she was probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life, I loved talking to her. Robby and Isabelle were also very nice too.
