If only you could care for your patients as well as you respond to the negative reviews. Instead of investing in someone responding to all reviews on here, invest in professional employees who know how to help people in crisis. You should be called a jail and not hospital. Upper management should be ashamed of themselves for the lack of quality of care they provide. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

Unprofessional establishment with unacceptable behavior. My partner has been there for over 24 hours and has had no contact with a psychiatrist or health provider to help with her crisis. Staff tell her someone else will attend to her. She’s also missed meals due to being sedated during limited serving times, and no accommodation has been made after the fact. Please do not go here. The staff is rude and sometimes openly hostile and intentionally triggers patients to anger at times. They also do not tell you the whole truth when you come here about the length of your stay. No one can give you a straightforward answer when you ask questions about discharge. My social worker told me I’d be in there about 5 days at first. I was there for almost two weeks! While I was here, there was a lot of hostility and even threats. Staff are rude. They dont care about you just about your insurance. They drug you up. These mental health facility dont care about patients. You really dont get to talk to a psychiatrist. It is like a prison. Some patients cant call family or leave there rooms staff treat them like prisoners. A lot of patients misdiagnosed and dont belong there. You could be there for 11 days.
